Lower-Carb Tea and Biscuits Southern Style!

These MCT oil-infused #Carbquik & flax milk biscuits hit the spot. I baked it in the air fryer for 10 minutes and then toaster for 5. It makes a big difference.  Lingonberry jam is lower in the carb/glycemic scale and adds a bit of sweetness.
